Summer is here and the homes sales are hot. People are out on Sundays looking for homes while their home is listed. Homes must be priced right and looking good for those people that our buying. In the Indianapolis real estate market homes sales edged up some last month. The prices are down. The median price range is 177,000 down 17 percent from last year. Its a true buyers market.
