Recently I have noticed that we have recieved a lot of low ball offers on our properties. Buyers must understand that not all people are in distress just because they are selling there home. Sellers may be selling their home for different reasons that have nothing to do with being streesed to sell. It can be more of a want to than a need too.Ninty nine percent of all the home for sale right now are listed at todays discounted prices.

Buyers need to aware that just because a home is for sale does not mean the seller is is just going to give it away. Buyers should have there realtor figure some comps on the homes they are thinking of buying to make sure they are priced right in todays market.
